Days of diagnosis of kidney diseases will be held in the capital

There are some events that for a number of reasons should not be missed, as they are directly related to health. So, it became known about the holding of an action in medical and diagnostic institutions in Moscow, dedicated to the World Kidney Day. The bottom line is that on the ninth and tenth of March, the best nephrologists will give lectures where they will talk about the treatment and prevention of kidney diseases, as well as conduct free examinations and diagnostics using medical equipment.

On the ninth, Oleg Kotenko, a specialist nephrologist from the Moscow Department of Health, will talk about the treatment and prevention of kidney diseases in the walls of the State Clinical Hospital No. 52. On the same day, at eleven o’clock in the afternoon, doctors from the Moscow Nephrology Center will hold receptions and free consultations for everyone. In addition, 10 hospitals will operate so-called “patient schools”. You can take tests for free, pass an ultrasound examination – all this can be done on the tenth day. The main condition for admission is the presence of an MHI policy.

In 2006, World Kidney Day was established. Since then, on this day, therapeutic and preventive measures have been carried out around the world, aimed at increasing the level of literacy among the population in matters of kidney diseases and identifying diseases among interested residents.
