A new Diagnostic Center of the Republican Hospital of Adygea was opened in Maikop

A large Diagnostic Center on the basis of the Adyghe Republican Clinical Hospital has begun work in Adygea. The 7-storey building with a helipad was built as part of the federal health care development program.

The total cost of the project was about 538 million rubles from the federal and republican budgets. About 247.4 million rubles were spent on the purchase of medical equipment, appliances, medical furniture.

The new medical facility houses a diabetological center, a regional occupational pathology center, a hearing rehabilitation center, a republican polyclinic, a trauma clinic, a cardiological dispensary and a number of other medical units. There is a day hospital. Small operating rooms have been organized, it is planned to introduce and develop methods of minimally invasive operations, including endoscopic surgical interventions.

A total of 64 units of modern equipment were purchased for the Center. The equipping of the Center will continue. In 2020, 52 million rubles are provided for these purposes in the republican budget.
